Gourmet Food
I realize this picture doesn't have anything to do with food. I just thought it's funky having a great niece cleaning for me. This is Faith. She was so excited to earn a little money only to spend it on something in the shop. A purse. What else!

Funky Chunky Popcorn or Pretzels are the best taste ever! Loaded with chocolate, macadamia nuts, caramel, and popcorn. Great for corporate gift ideas, birthdays, you name it! People will come back for more!

Next, you will see the Virgin Pecan Oil. I cook with it everyday and always have it on-hand mixed with Balsamic Vinegar for salad dressing. The pecan oil has been a secret of the south for centuries. Its mild flavor, versatility, and nutritional value are enjoyed by many southern gourmets. Made in LA.

One of My Recipes: 4- Tilapia in a stove-top pan. Rub each side with oil and sprinkle with "Tony Chachere's" seasoning or your favorite. Cover and cook on high until very brown, flip and do the same on the other side. This is a clean tasting fish that won't overcook! Do the same with chicken, but add red onions and bell pepper at the end and steam. Great!!!

I can't say enough about the Potato Soup. It sells like crazy in the shop. Just add 6 cups of water to the soup mix and bring to a boil. Reduce and simmer about 30 minutes. I also like to add clams to create clam chowder. Really tasty!
